NEW THIS YEAR 
1. You don’t have to turn in a copy of your insurance card
2. PAYMENT – Write a check to your local church. If your camper has a “student account” at church or receiving a scholarship, find out the amount and write your check for the difference. Your church will write one check for all attending and mail it to the district office.
The registration is not valid until the camper is paid in full. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Camp is Monday-Friday
  • For legal purposes, Parents/Guardians MUST register their child online. If they don’t have access to the internet, please plan a time for them to come to the church to complete the registration.
  • ONE counselor per SIX campers.

Registration – The registration process is as follows:

  • Step One – Fill out online
  • Step Two – campers medication must be in original bottle and given to the camp nurse upon arrival. Print medical form and put with medication in a ziplock bag.

*If you are registering multiple campers from the same household, follow the steps below.

  • Click NEXT (upper right hand corner)
  • Click Next: Review
  • Click: Register

 

CHURCH CAMP COORDINATOR 

Camp Coordinator – In an attempt to simplify the registration process, we are asking each church to designate a Camp Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for helping register campers and counselors in your local church. If you are the Camp Coordinator for your church, please view the attachment below for a list of your responsibilities.

Counselors – Each church must send one counselor for every six campers you are sending to camp. For Kids Camp, assistant counselors must be 15-20 years old and lead counselors must be 21or older. (Read policy attached) Counselors must complete an ONLINE APPLICATION and complete the Ministry Safe Training. Teen Camp Counselor Registrations must be completed by June 15.

Camp packet must be postmarked by JUNE 22, 2026

COUNSELOR INFORMATION 

Adult Counselor requirements:
– Must be 21 and older
– Complete Ministry Safe Training (e-mail: office@nwilnaz.org for an invitation)
– 21 and older. Back ground check. Have your church run one and give you a letter stating that is have been done.

All counselors/volunteers: 
After submitting your online registration, please do the following:

1. Contact your local church to have a background check run on you (must be done every two years) Have church write a letter on church letterhead acknowledging that a background check has been completed.
2. Print, read, sign the NWIL District Abuse Reporting Procedure Form. 
3. Complete the online Ministry Safe Training. (must be done every two years)

TURN INTO CHURCH CAMP COORDINATOR

  • Ministry Safe Training (let them know you have completed)
